TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter of this giveaway is Sneakezy, located at 2105 Niagara St, Idaho Falls, ID.

1. The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. The giveaway will run from 08/24/2023 through 12/22/2023. Any purchases made on the website during this time frame will result in 1 entry per dollar spent into the random drawing.
3. There will be six (6) total drawings for this giveaway, with prizes and dates as follows. All shoes will be purchased in the drawing winner’s size or an agreed-upon replacement size:
4. There will be no option to "cash out," although the winner may choose to sell the shoes upon receiving them. The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes related to winning the giveaway.
5. Due to the nature of this giveaway, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
6. The winner will be selected on or before 12/22/2023 via a random drawing.
7. The winner will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
8. The winner must provide a valid shipping address within the United States to receive the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. To enter by mail, send a 3" x 5" postcard with your full name, address, phone number, and email address to the Sneakezy business address. Each post card received will be counted as one entry for each of the giveaways. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/15/2023 and received by 12/21/2023 to be eligible.
10. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the promoter, which are final and binding in all respects.
11. The promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway at any time, without prior notice.
12. The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or other errors that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.
13. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters related to the giveaway will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Off White, Nike, Jordan, or any other entity involved in the production or sale of the shoes or cash prize.
15. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the promoter, its employees, agents, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of action, or losses of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
16. Any personal data provided by the entrant will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.
17. Verification: The winner must agree to allow Sneakezy to post their picture with the shoes and verify through social media that they did receive the shoes and were compensated in full. Sneakezy will own all rights to the posts, videos, advertisements, and submissions for this giveaway. Sneakezy will be free to use the above-mentioned media for advertisements and future giveaways.
18. Advisement to Avoid Scams: Beware of scams! We will never ask for payment or personal information in exchange for a prize. If you receive a message or phone call claiming to be from Sneakezy and asking for payment or personal information, please report it to us immediately via email at sneakezyif@gmail.com.
19. Governing Law: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
